Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and, when approved, provide a free replacement or full refund.
Returns & Refunds
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging with the safety seal intact.
For health and safety reasons, opened or used dietary supplements cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacements
Approved replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
